This is why all our potential tenants are referenced by UK’s leading referencing company with the largest independent database on tenants. They will make sure each tenant is vetted thoroughly to avoid a rough tenant from moving in.

Rent Guarantee

Have good tenants, but still want a peace of mind? Well we can help you with that too. It is an optional extra, however once you are covered whether your tenant pays or not you will receive the rent you may have missed out on otherwise.

Photographic Inventories

An inventory is a valid proof for disputes and claims on damages caused by tenants during their tenancy.

We can provide a thorough & to the point inventory which will mark the exact condition of your property at the start of any tenancy. Leaving you with correct photographic evidence, if needed.

Rent Collection & Statements

A Statement is produced for all our managed properties, to ensure landlords have correct figures of what will be paid into their account after deducting any necessary charges.

Funds are then transferred into landlords agreed account via online banking service.

Maintenance

We have a panel of carefully selected contractors who are available to help if maintenance issues were to arise at your property.

Our contractors will not charge call out for initial quotation or assessment of any job.
