2- Descriptions, Images & Floor Plan

Property presentation is vital, as potential buyers will usually determine whether the property is for them within seconds of previewing it online; be it based on the description, provided floor plans or photos.

1. Our property sales team organise a highly reflective premium ‘For Sale’ board to draw extra attention of local residents and by-passers.

2. Professional photos are used create a property-specific advertising video which promotes advertised properties on our social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram.

3. Social media videos are then promoted by our tech experts via Paid Social Media Promotions to reach more locals within 3 – 5 miles’ radius of the property. Therefore, we introduce to you a team of sales experts who are willing to go the extra mile for our clients and their properties.

4- Viewings & Offers

The right viewing strategy could sell a property quicker than usual, especially if all viewings for potential buyers are accommodated.

We promote two types of viewings: *Bulk viewings / open house events. (highly recommended) * Slot viewings for each individual viewer. All our RUUT Homes property viewings are scheduled in the most appropriate hours, such as, after 5pm, on weekends, or any other specified times.

We do this just so we can ensure most if not all potential buyers are able to view our marketed property. Our viewings options are offered as standard in all our sales options free of charge.

5. Offers & Post sales Services

Qualifying offers is vital, this ensure the potential buyer is meeting the criteria to be able to make a valid offer. Once a offer has been accepted by you, the most important part of the sales process is initiated.
